Setup sequence
A repeatable spindle-cap setup starts with the filled bottle, conveyor and guides before the tightening wheels are adjusted. Establish the bottle path and gripper-belt control, then prove cap presentation and only then bring the spindle stages into progressive contact.
Use representative filled bottles and production closures. Empty containers can hide bottle spin, distortion, top-heavy behaviour and transfer problems that appear with the finished pack.
Practical order
Follow the machine instructions and site risk assessment while using this sequence to organise the production trial.
