- Bottle diameter and height.
- Cap diameter, type and torque requirement.
- Expected bottles per minute or hour.
- Manual or automatic cap feed requirement.
- Upstream filling and downstream labelling equipment.
Send evidence of the cap before final tightening
Alongside bottle and cap dimensions, explain whether caps are manually placed, automatically placed or already partially engaged when they reach the spindle section. A photograph of the pack at this stage can be more useful than a picture of the finished bottle alone.
For a fault enquiry, name the affected format and say whether the symptom occurs continuously, after a changeover or after a stoppage. Include the existing machine identification and retain an acceptable pack beside the affected examples. Mark any output or measurement that is estimated.

What if I only need a cap-tightening machine?
State that cap placement is already handled and describe its consistency and position. Ask the proposal to confirm the required incoming condition and any additional handling needed before the tightening step can be accepted for your pack.
